We will be showing a wide selection of our laser sensors and laser based measuring equipment used in sawmills and wood based panel production. For the first time at an exhibition the brand new TSorter and LMS6048 can be viewed, in addition the newly updated PanelProfiler will also be available for demonstration. We will be found in Hall 27, stand D11. We look forward to meeting you on our stand.

On show will be a 5 track version. The system is for high accuracy in-process non contact measurement of thickness for wood based panels such as MDF, OSB, Plywood and veneer or any type of panel product. The system has been very successful and offers the benefit of high accuracy with low maintenance and running costs. The PanelProfiler has a measuring range of 0- 200 mm.
This system replaces the successful TMS200 model which is used for green sorting or thickness and width of boards in sawmills. The launch of the new model introduces for the first time a built in alpha-numeric display and keyboard to ease set up and calibration. The TSorter has a measuring range of 0-200 mm.
This has become a very successful product providing an economic solution to sawmills for measuring the board shape and dimensions. The system has several applications including:
- Wane optimization of cutting for trimmers
- Reject/turning before edgers
- Cup and shape measurement before planers
- Multi-track thickness and width measurement
On show will be a 5 track system
New LMS6048 length gauge
The new gauge replaces the successful LMS6045 model which has become the industry standard length gauge for use in sawmills. The launch of the new model includes many enhancements including a new LCD display and keyboard. The gauge has a measuring range of 4800 mm and the stand off distance is 850 mm.
PreciCura Laser sensors
The range of PreciCura high accuracy laser triangulation sensors that are used in our systems will be on the stand.
XLR30 Long range laser sensor
This sensor has a measuring range of to 30 m and is particularly suited for log gap control in sawmills.
Line projection lasers
A selection of our line projection lasers used for guide lines or positioning applications including the new ‘Greenline' laser with a highly visible green laser for bright environment applications.
